This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience wanting to join a fun and vibrant media company! Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitors attending the officeAnswering, forwarding and screening calls through a switchboardPA duties for the Senior ManagementManagement of Director's diariesManaging travel arrangements and restaurant bookingsManaging all post and deliveriesArranging couriersOrganising staff gifts and cards fro special occasionsHelping to organise staff partiesManagement of meeting roomsOrdering and maintaining office and kitchen suppliesOversee maintenance of office equipment- office printers, coffee machineDealing with general building issues- gas/electricity meter readings, power monitoringFirst point of call with any facilities issuesFire regulation checksAd-hoc duties as requested Essential Skills: Excellent communication skillsPrevious administration experienceExcellent telephone mannerStrong organisational skills with ability to priorities, problem solve and multi- taskExcellent English written and oral communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft office skills- Outlook, ExcelDemonstrate a professional manner at all times If you have previous administrative experience and are looking for your next challenging role, please apply with your CV.
