Apply now Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Digbeth, Birmingham, B9 4AN Salary: Between £18,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience) Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday - 9.00am-5.00pm Our client are a national facilities management company who offer a range of services including commercial cleaning, site security and building maintenance. Our client are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic office administrator to work in our clients head office in Digbeth, Birmingham. You will be efficient, highly competent in using the word, excel and the internet, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a busy and varied environment. Role will involve general office administration tasks, including updating internal computer systems, emailing internal staff and external clients, reviewing and extracting data from reports. Dealing with enquires via phone and email. Other ad hoc duties. Skills Required: Strong Customer service and excellent communication skillsPossess excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills.Have good IT skills - must be a competent user or word, excel and the internetProfessional and flexible attitudeTrustworthy and proactiveAbility to prioritise work and work to deadlines Candidates must have experience of working in an administrator role in a busy office environment. An immediate start is available. Ideal candidates will be available to start straight away or have a short notice period.
