Apply now Night Shift HGV Technician Alecto Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a renowned HGV Dealership, who are now looking to add a Night Shift HGV Technician to their team of engineers at their Portsmouth depot. The ideal candidate will be apprentice trained and hold a City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent, along with experience of working in a fast paced workshop environment. The Role: Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, servicing and repairs on a wide range of HGV's and trailers to VOSA standardComplete call outs and roadside repairs when necessaryComplete work loads within the timeframe given to customersCarry out a wide range of electrical defect repairsFault diagnostic and rectification using the latest manufacturers computer systems and toolingBe able to diagnose and detect any additional faults This is a permanent position working night shifts, offering a salary of up to £38,000pa + overtime and company benefits To apply for this role and find out more details, please forward your CV to Ernesto Salvia, Alecto Recruitment. or call in strict confidence.
