Role Description: Developing and maintaining a positive working relationship within the management team to ensure expectations are managedDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key members of staffTo monitor the performance of key personnelPrepare accurate, timely reports to ensure compliance with agreed deadlinesAttend weekly meetings with the management team in planning and implementing key worksManage the Health and Safety, including COSHH in line with relevant policies, legislations and method statementsManaging services partners and their deliverTo support with various functions of Contract ManagementEnsure all necessary procedures are adhered toComplete administrative tasks as requiredLiaise with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
