Apply now New Homes Sales NegotiatorOur client is an independent award winning property company based in Hertfordshire.There is currently an opening for a seasoned New Homes Sales Negotiator.You will be responsible for driving and negotiating sales. As a New homes sales negotiator you will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both potential clients and developers.To be considered for this position you will currently be a Senior Negotiator or currently working in New Homes Sales with a proven sales track record.Hours are Mon-Fri 9-6pm, Sat 9am to 4pm 6 day week followed by a 5 day week.Salary £24k basic +5% commission and car allowance with very realistic OTE of £40k.To find out more please do not delay in sending your CV
