About these vital rolesOur NCC Controllers will be tasked with monitoring the NCC security systems and supporting the G4S operational network, ensuring that all alerts and services are dealt with in a professional, effective and timely manner. You will also be expected to protect the overall assets of the G4S group of companies and staff, while continuously providing all users and customers of the NCC with a customer-focused service. Supporting fellow members of staff and providing advice and mentoring where required is an essential part of this role, as is identifying areas of risk and suggesting methods of improving company and NCC processes and procedures.
