Description The National Account Manager will: To optimise net sales, visibility and profitability through the assigned customers within agreed budgets & strategic guidelinesDeliver against all set targets and business objectives within assigned customersBecome the Channel & Customer expertExceed expectations whilst ensuring we outperform the Channel and Customer growthDelivery of Channel & Customer KP across all key measuresBuild a strong presence in the CategoryDevelopment and execution of Channel & Customer plansAnalysis and reporting as required internally and externallyAttend all necessary internal and external meetings as required Profile The National Account Manager - Top 4 will: Have previous experience in managing national accounts (Top 4)Have a proven track record in exceeding sales targetsHave first class communication skillsBe a strong negotiatorBe a self starter with the ability to think outside of the boxHave strong commercial acumen and judgement, making key business decisionsBe highly analytical, identifying new growth opportunitiesIdeally come from a health and beauty background Job Offer The role offers an attractive salary plus additional benefits
