Apply now Our client is a leading supplier in premium interior furnishings, through continued growth and year on year success they are now looking to on board a National Account Manager focussing on the Corporate Real Estate Market to maintain and maximise opportunities on a National basis. As National Account Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the CRE Market. The role offers a fantastic working culture and strong company ethos, surrounded by a dynamic team and robust business structure you will form an important part of the wider Sales team. Reporting directly into the UK Head of Sales and working closely with designated Account Manager's you will lead and deliver the company's sales plan to maximise the successful execution of business within the portfolio. You will be an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial edge, someone who is invested in driving a business forward through strong negotiation and communication skills, highly motivated, dynamic and possess a methodical and autonomous approach to developing business within your territory. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the primary customer relationships across the Corporate Real Estate portfolio, implementing sales and appropriate supply chain agreements.Identify decision makers and establish relationships with senior stakeholders within CRE to become preferred supplier; both with CRE and their preferred A&D partners.Develop relationships with key influencers at all levels within the customer hierarchy in order to provide support and develop awareness of the benefits and uniqueness of their productsWork closely with Sales Account Manager's to maximise on opportunities, recording progress on the company CRM systemWork closely with Global and EMEA Corporate Real Estate leads on relevant accounts to implement agreed growth strategy, sharing best practice.Lead the communication of the company's sustainability agenda within your assigned account portfolioFormulate and communicate insights and market information in respect of Corporate Real Estate to UK management team including any changes and influences this may be having on business. Your skills and experience should include: Demonstrable track record of account development within a portfolio of large CRE customers, across multiple locations nationallyDemonstrable experience in delivering against sales targets and KPI'sExperience working on long lead sales times, typically ranging from 12-24 monthsExperience with Key End users, stakeholder engagement and demonstrable experience of negotiating at a senior levelEvidence of successful business development on a National scaleA good team player; someone that communicates well and provides support to other team membersExperience in managing high value sales orders ranging from £30,000 to £1million.Commercially and financially astute, controls cost and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value. Although the role is based on a National level, the majority of customers will be based in the South, so good transport links into London are necessary.
