NPD Assistant offering up to £25k pa Assisting with a wide variety of administrative and organisational tasks relating to the development of New Products. Liaising with R&D, supply chain and contract manufacturers to ensure that projects are delivered on time. Gathering technical data relating to products, sourcing components, tracking samples, proof reading packaging, registering products globally. You'll need to be highly numerate with strong attention to detail. Previous experience of working within an NPD function is essential. NPD Executive offering up to £28k pa A mixture of Regulatory Compliance and hands on Project Management - Owning numerous NPD Projects via CPAs, analysing risk and implementing contingency plans where required. A strong project manager able to balance multiple projects whilst researching innovation and market trends, sourcing componentry, using knowledge of formulation to write compelling and consumer-friendly claims. Proven experience within a similar level role, working with luxury beauty products essential.
