You will be responsible for… The completion of services, diagnostic, mechanical or electrical repairs in the workshop and making sure this is done to exceed customers satisfactionMaintaining the vehicle records by recording services and repairs that have been carried out by yourself and other TechniciansEnsuring effective use of mechanical tools and equipmentCommunicating efficiently with customers and updating them with any problems or delays that could be involved in the repair to their vehicleAdhering and completing all work to dealer standards, procedures and processesCo-operating with the Workshop Controller, Service Manager and Service Advisors in regards to the statue of work happening in the workshopUpholding excellent relationships with customers and work colleaguesUndertaking any work requested by the Workshop Manager/Service ManagerObeying with all company Health and Safety policies and standards Skills and attributes Level 3 NVQ qualified TechnicianPrestige German brand experience is requiredFull UK Driving LicenceMain dealership experience is idealStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent automotive knowledgeStrong work ethic and attitudeThe ability to work well under pressure without supervisorA proven background of meeting targets and deadlinesGood team player What is on offer if successful? £22,500 - £39,000 basic is on offer plus an OTE of £25,000 - £41,000 (Achievable) 45-hour week Full brand training and development Company pension scheme Vehicle purchase discount HCP International is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
