As a Mortgage Consultant you will need to have: Maths and English GCSE's Grade A-C (or equivalent)CeMap qualificationExperience in buy to let mortgages and financial services Experience in building relationshipsExcellent communication skills Details: Salary: £20,000-£25,000 per annum (depending on experience)Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:30 and Friday 09:00-17:00 (Flexible approach to working hours required)Location: CardiffDuration: Permanent Role of a Mortgage Consultant: Build trust and manage customer relationshipsRespond to queries (telephone and email) about buy-to-let mortgages from brokers and landlordsOffer whole of market service to mortgage brokers by providing support and information to help them identify buy-to-let finance solutionsProvide sales service to landlord customers, offer guidance and information on buy-to-let mortgage optionsKeep buy-to-let mortgage industry knowledge up to dateCommunicate with lenders, financial intermediaries and customers when requiredOffer ancillary services when neededLiaise with the new business manager to identify ways are improving quality and efficiency and ensure service standards are met Benefits of working with us as a Mortgage Consultant: Holiday: 22 days + 8 statutory daysShare Save SchemeCompany pension If you are interested in the above role please click apply
