A leading provider of Mortgages and Protection is now looking to for an experienced Mortgage Area Sales Manager to develop a team of Mortgage Advisors, covering a large area of offices. Mortgage Area Sales Manager / Regional Mortgage Manager- The Role You will be responsible for the regions performance, with responsibility for the on-going development of an existing team of fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisors across a network of offices. This will include the setting of targets, recruitment, training, disciplines, motivation and working in close conjunction with the Office Managers. You will also ensure that your team adheres to the T&C scheme as well as FCA requirement of Treating Customers Fairly.
