Apply now ***Exciting New Opportunity*** An opportunity has arisen to join our esteemed financial services client as Mortgage Case Manager To liaise with customers and the mortgage lenders to ensure a smooth transition from mortgage application to formal mortgage offer. Based in the Newcastle office you will join a busy and lively team of case managers whose role is to support the advisory team and ensure customers get the best service possible. Base salary £17,000 p.a- £23,000 p.a depending on experience Bonus paid quarterly (£250) and annual review (£1000) subject to performance and achieving quality targets Hours Monday - Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm- (1 later shift each week working 10:00am- 7:00pm) The position requires the following skills and experience: - Excellent Communication skillsGood working knowledge of IT systems including word and excelExcellent accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritise and work to deadlinesGood interpersonal skills and someone who actively contributes to the team spiritEffective negotiator both within L&C and with our external partnersSelf-motivation and accuracy is essential for this roleStrong work ethic Essential - Must possess at least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English - Must pass a credit check and criminal record check
