Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role delivering campaigns that will enhance the businesses profile through a range of initiatives whilst supporting and developing the company's marketing communication needs. This is an ideal role for a Marketing 'all-rounder' with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duties to include: Increase brand awareness through the delivery of end to end Marketing campaignsWork with marketing suppliers and agencies, ensuring the company is getting value for its investmentsManage maintenance of all campaign and target lists in Salesforce (Pardot) - manage website content using WordPress.Ensure the company brand is applied consistently and appropriately on all company material and on external reference materialUsing digital media as a preferred channel, ensure all marketing campaigns include social media elements; in particular press relationsSupport and engage with Product Marketing and PR teams to ensure an integrated approach to campaign managementDeliver against key company KPI's for marketing To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have all-round B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within Payments, financial technology and/or banking industry as well as a proven track record in delivering marketing plans from inception to completion. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), a flexible approach to work and management skills are essential to this role. Candidates with a marketing-related degree will be at an advantage.
