Duties: To ensure all cleaning services comply with the requirements of the contract, policies & proceduresImplement, develop and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure governance of the contract and quality of serviceImplement and manage a compliance/audit regimeManage and design corrective plans as required to improve the operational effectivenessAudit and Monitor statutory compliance across the contract portfolioAttend regular review meetings with the clients to advise upon risk and compliance issues impacting their business and produce detailed reports for the client Ideal experience: Cleaning Management experienceStandards implementation and managementClient engagement abilitiesClean Driving LicenceExperience of managing a multi site client portfolio.
