Apply now Your new company You will be working for a leading provider of housing, care and support services based in London. Your new role As a Mental Health Support Worker your main responsibility will be to provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable residents, whilst preparing regular Risk Assessments and working to existing Support Plans. You will help your clients to sustain their tenancies and involve them in the community, monitor their wellbeing and refer onto more specialist staff where required. The role will require signposting to specialist agencies and offering assistance with budgeting and housing legislation. This role is ideal for those with a Psychology degree looking to get into the Mental Health industry. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL ROLE AND AS SUCH WILL ENTAIL WORKING TO A 24/7 ROTA.What you'll need to succeed You will need previous experience working within the Support Housing sector and understand the issues affecting those suffering from or at risk of mental illness.
