Position: Marketing Team Leader (Maternity Contract) Location: Wrexham Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum pro rata Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday) Summary This pivotal role involves working as part of the B2C Web Team and alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure the maintenance of the overall digital strategy for our Client and their brands. It includes the management of the B2C web team to ensure that the MO is adhered to and tasks are completed on time as set by the MO or Marketing Manager. Key Areas of Responsibility Management of the overall web MO as set out by Marketing Manager / DirectorManagerDevelop and implement the online strategy in line with set targets and goalsInput to the overall marketing strategyRelease online content in line with the campaign manager and ensure the brands are cohesive and maintainedWork with key stakeholders to maximise on all campaignsReview and approve all web design work before its releaseDeliver detailed reports weekly / monthly on all web activityAnalyse web data and make suggestions for improvement of the MOCommunicate progression of MO to the Marketing Manager / Director weeklyProvide updates on B2C web teams progression weeklyReport on targets to team members / other departments monthly or as requestedEnsure that your web team are completing their targets monthly and achievingthe company overall sales strategyReview and implement the B2C web teams KPI's with the Marketing Manager Ideal Candidate: Proven ability to lead and motivate a small marketing teamExcellent communication skillsPassion about marketing and brand marketingGreat working capability on platformsExcellent understanding of Digital Marketing and it capabilitiesHonest, reliable and approachableThe ability to lead and make decisions The Package An excellent starting salary22 days holiday plus bank holidaysFree ParkingNormal core hours of work: Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 with 30 minutes lunch break Unfortunately, due to a high volume of CV's we cannot respond to every applicant.
