Apply now Our client, Britain's leading and biggest supplier of electrical/mechanical tools and machinery are currently looking for an experienced strategic Marketing Manager to help drive the organisations rapid growth plans The successful Marketing Manager will have experience managing a marketing team, working alongside designers and buyers on key projects and will be responsible for bringing to market a wide range of products - the position will be reporting to the Managing Director Furthermore, the successful candidate will have proven successful experience in marketing within a B2B, product focused industry. Key Responsibilities:- Liaising with a range of stakeholders on a daily basisManagement of the marketing internal team, measuring successResponsible for managing consistent brand execution for internal and external customers, ensuring consistency across a variety of media channels from catalogue, deals papers, press and online.Producing and writing copy for a huge range of products including brochures, newsletters, case studies and press releasesResearching and reporting on external opportunitiesUnderstanding current and potential customers and distributorsAnalyse gaps within current marketing campaigns and utilise any gaps within the market, developing the marketing strategy and planManaging the customer journey (customer relationship management) developing and maintaining relationships with suppliersManaging budgetsEnsuring timely delivery Key Characteristics:- Minimum 7 years' experience within workshop equipment and catalogue marketingHave proven experience managing an internal teamBe experienced in copy writing and drawing up briefs for packaging and productsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrategic thinker and ability to influence stakeholderExtremely computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel Key Words: Marketing Manager, Marketing, B2B, Product, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, B2C, DIY, Industrial, Import, Export, Finished Goods, Catalouge
