Description As the Marketing Manager you will report to the board director responsible for marketing and be responsible for the following activities: Deliver a marketing strategy and plan, including brand evolution and communications which support the business plan. Manage the marketing budget. Brief and manage PR agencies. Co-ordinate and manage high quality events/entertainment and identify PR opportunities for thought leadership/profile raising. Monitor successes, research new sectors/prospects and develop appropriate 'keep in touch' and 'new business' campaigns. Manage and evaluate the tender process, including setting up a database of tender information, identifying opportunities, coordinating submissions, highlighting successes and improving success rates. Manage our social media presence and refresh the company website with content that drives visitors to the website and stimulates enquiries. Profile The successful Marketing Manager in London will have gained your experience in a dynamic and energetic marketing team and are now looking for a role which you can make your own. Proactive and able to work independently, this is a significant opportunity for you to grow and develop a broad, stand-alone marketing role with an ambitious team of town planning professionals. You will be based in London but you must be prepared to travel and spend time in the other office locations. You will possess the following skills, experience and qualities: * Degree educated (or equivalent) with CIM qualification * Previous experience of working in the planning or property sector advantageous * Excellent communication skills * Strong team ethos * Proven track record in implementing national and local marketing initiatives * Creative * Collaborative working style Job Offer Competitive salary circa £45k + excellent benefits on offer.
