Apply now Marketing Lead Generator Our client, a well established insurance, investment and financial services business are looking for a Marketing Lead Generator to join their small and friendly team based in Ware, Hertfordshire. We are searching for a Marketing Lead Generator who will be responsible for introducing sourcing new leads the business! This role requires a motivated and proactive individual who works well on their own initiative. Main duties include: Researching and identifying potential leads: o Researching and identifying companies o Using Google and social media (LinkedIn being a key tool) to identify relevant contacts. o Using and managing the businesses social media platforms to source leads. o Thinking creatively and 'outside the box' to come up with promotions that will source new business. Proactively reaching out to potential customers via email and telephone and ensuring that follow up calls are made where appropriate. Qualifying leads, ensuring they are of good quality before passing on to the new business team.Sending relevant documentation and any other necessary administration.Managing a number of social media platforms, ensuring that they are being utilized for new business.Work closely with the sales team to ensure all new business avenues are identified.Maintaining and updating the company CRM database.Work towards and achieve targets set by the owners of the business. The successful candidate will be / have: Have a fabulous telephone mannerExtremely confident, friendly and responsible.Able to work on their own initiative.Target driven - have a desire to achieve and exceed targets.Excellent IT and research skills.Strong knowledge of all social media platforms.Experience working within sales or a new business environment, speaking to people on the phone daily.
