Apply now This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Insights Analyst to take on a role with multiple functions. You will use your communication skills to speak to people about what they need from their data, design and build creative and efficient reports and dashboards to deliver the results. You'll bring strong analytical skills and an eye for detail to quickly determine trends whilst generating actionable insights. You will play a key role in building brand awareness both on and offline, supporting our Account Management teams and Data and Reporting Department with presentation and report creation. Your ultimate goal will be to keep ahead of trends and think outside of the box whilst working with autonomy. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Design printed and online advertising Provide resources for external promotion and sales presentations Help maintain content on company website and social media platformsCreate concepts and design layouts in-accordance with brief objectivesKeep on top of industry trends and ensure innovative ideas are brought to the tableResearch and analyse retail trendsSupport the needs of the Data and Reporting Department, New Business Team and other key stakeholders throughout the businessAttend meetings with key stakeholders, offering advice on marketing reportsOccasional liaison with the company's clientsDesign report templates and instruct the Data and Reporting team on what insight should be providedProduce weekly and monthly on-line and written reports for Clients as requiredConsistent production of high quality, accurate reports within tight timescalesQuality control for client reports which are produced by and sent to account managersSupport tender writing activities and participate in tender presentationsIdentify where there are opportunities to add value and increase client satisfactionPresent information to key stakeholders and clients Key Skills and Experience: Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the Retail MarketHave a flair for design to be able to create imagery and reportsExperience both writing and editing textual contentGenerate new ideas across formats such as imagery, video, social, blogging, email and webExceptional communication skills and proficiency in English languageAn ability to produce high quality imagery and present results in a clear, succinct mannerProficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeClear understanding of the difference between data, knowledge and informationDetail orientated, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressureExperience of maintaining a social media platform Personal Attributes: Be collaborative with Data Analysts, Account Managers and ClientsSelf-motivated with the ability to achieve deadlines and work independentlyTakes pride in presentation of data, attention to detailStrong communication skillsGood Team WorkerA willingness to take on board training opportunities as they arisePositive and logical approach with a willingness to learn Essential Requirements: Ability to attend Client Meetings at their Head OfficesTravel to multiple locations to understand and research field marketing data for analysisA full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 points.Eligibility to work in the UK
