Operating from purpose built modern offices in Nottingham, the finance function work collaboratively supporting one another to ensure all requirements are completed within required timescales Description The Management Accountant role will involve: Support the Group Accountant in the preparation and reporting of the monthly management accountsResponsible for completing financial analysis on variances providing explanations for any variance against budgetLiaising with non finance managers to provide advice and guidance on budget managementProduce forecasts and assist in the completion of all other accounting tasksJournals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet and control account reconciliations Profile The successful candidate will ideally have had exposure of working within a not for profit organisation previously and be actively studying towards a recognised financial qualification. Candidates qualified by experience would also be considered who match the requirements of the role, have strong communication and IT skills and can provide a high level of commitment to the role.
