Apply now An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join our client's Finance team based in Tiverton. As a Management Accountant, your main duties will include preparing monthly and year-end accounts, preparing the annual budget, and supervision of a small team within this leading textiles manufacturing company. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm with a salary of £35,000PA DOE. The reward package includes competitive rates of pay and benefits, including a company contribution pension scheme, a profit share scheme and 34 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays). Key duties and responsibilities of the role: Preparation of monthly P&L and operating accountsManage the year end audit and statutory accounts preparationPreparation of Annual BudgetsVariance analysis, investigation and reportingStandard costs and stock valuationComplete VAT, Instrastat and EC sales returnsEnsure accounting and control systems are appropriate;Liaise with other external organisations such as HMRC You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) with related post-qualification finance experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
