Apply now Market leading property development/construction business which has consistently achieved 15% YOY growth has created a new opportunity for a talented Management Accountant to take a lead on the reporting for the North West region. With a turnover in the region of £60m (NW region only) this role will be high profile, interacting will the senior management team and with the ability to genuinely influence business decision making. This business are continuing to grow and there will be opportunities to progress in the short to medium term to take on a staff management role. Core elements will include detailed management accounts preparation and analysis, capex management, cash management, budgeting and forecasting. There is also scope to develop a wide range of reports to support the leadership team, in addition to potential to get involved in the upgrade of the ERP system. To be considered for this opportunity you should be qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), a logical career path to date and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong Excel skills are also required. Whilst there is a preference for someone who is proven in a management accounts focused role, candidates looking to make their first move from professional practice will also be considered.
