Apply now JHE & Partners are working with an award winning manufacturing organisation in Halifax who are looking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Director, this position will be a key role within the organisation. Working as part of a team of 8 in finance, the successful candidate will have experience operating within a similar role and ideally be studying for a recognised accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA. Key duties will involve: Production of monthly management accounts including full balance sheet and P&L exposure for a business with a turnover of circa £30million p.a.Production and ownership of stock valuationProduction and monitoring of KPI'sPreparation and reconciliation of the fixed asset registerAccruals, prepayments and bank reconciliationsOther finance tasks as required Applicants must be enthusiastic and eager to learn. They must be prepared to take ownership of tasks and processes, be extremely organised and have good IT skills. Confidence with Microsoft Excel is essential, as is a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
