As a Management Accountant you will report directly into the Finance Manager and be tasked with the following duties Duties Preparation of Management Accounts including P&L Analysis & commentary for a portfolio of propertiesBalance sheet reconciliations / journalsBank reconciliationsQuarterly VAT returnsResponsible for filing statutory accounts with Companies House and the relevant to the Inland Revenue including VAT returnsManaging service charge demands. Essential Experience Required To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience Experience of preparing a set of Management AccountsPart Qualified-Qualified CIMA, ACCA Desirable, but not essentialExperience of working iin the property sector is idealExcellent communication skillsTeam player and well organised What's on Offer?
