As the MI insight team manager your role will consist managing a team of 5 MI insight analysts, who are responsible for providing reporting, analysis and insight to support requirements. Your role as the MI Manager is to lead by example, offering support and guidance and building drive a team culture. One of the focuses of the role is to help create and build on the team's current culture, creating a fun but pro-active environment. The ideal candidate would have come up through the analyst route, allowing them to offer advice and guidance to the team, whilst working alongside the wider business. Ideally you would have a good level of experience of managing and leading teams of MI / Data analysts. The role offers excellent progression through different business lines and will give you excellent visibility with the senior stakeholders in the business.
