The firm are a cross-border M&A boutique who focus on Internet and Digital Media through to Healthtech and IT Services. This role would suit someone who has a real passion for TMT and is keen to work for a leading specialist investment bank. Key Responsibility: Deal Origination Co-ordinate marketing initiativesLead sector specific researchCo-ordinate and prepare pitch presentations Deal Execution Operating and Financial modelsReviewing term sheets/LOIsRun due-diligence processes Firm Development Coach and mentor AnalystsGet involved in the recruitment process Person Specification: 3 year Investment Banking experience Or have an MBA with experience in strategy consulting / accounting / corporate development Have Strong Financial Modelling Skills - LBO, DCF, operating models, merger modelsGood Communication skills - written and oralAdditional Languages are a distinct advantage The TMT Associate can pay from £70,000 to £90,000 + bonus For immediate consideration, please contact Harry Coleman on or via email .
