Apply now As we expand our Retail Training Academy across Europe and the Middle East; Elite Associates is offering an excellent opportunity to join its Learning & Development team, leveraging your business development acumen along with training, language, and administration skills. Working directly with our Head of Training and with an array of the world's most prestigious luxury brands and services, the Training Account Coordinator will not only create engaging training content and facilitation but also will partner with each of our 10 international divisions to create new business relationships with our clients. The role will also require international travel throughout the year particularly Dubai thus Arabic Language skills & any additional languages are appreciated.In this role you will act as a brand ambassador on behalf of Elite Associates, you should be commercially focused, creative & be able to deliver exceptional training programmes. A key element will be to manage luxury brand clients for our bespoke & tailored training programmes. This role includes opportunities through business development to earn commission on new training projects agreed, designed & delivered to our clients.Key responsibilities of the role will include;*Account Management of existing luxury clients*New business development; reaching out to warm clients *Training planning, programming & facilitation of Luxury retail training academy programmes*Internal training to the teams *Programme measurement & reporting duties to ensure that training programmes are measured to ensure effectiveness of the team.* Develop & deploy bespoke training programmes for luxury brands and multi-brand retailers* Provide vocational training focused on Client Experience, Sales Techniques, KPI management, Clienteling, Ready-to-Wear, Couture, and Fragrance Product Knowledge* Organise & conduct recruitment assessments* Develop a comprehensive on-boarding process for interim and contingent sales consultants for leading luxury department stores* Develop and facilitated internal Learning & Development initiatives* Design and deploy marketing collateral, website, and social media content as part of the Elite's marketing goals* Construct outreach programmes with charitable organisations to provide vocational training to young people and adultsElite Associates Company ValuesPersonal Development, Building Long-term relationships, Pro-active commercial approach, Expert Market Knowledge, Optimised client & candidate experience, Immaculate personal presentation.If you have an interest in joining our team & working with the most selective & prestigious brands in the world; please apply here.
