Apply now There is now an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing production team working on a specialist line as a Line Technician. You will be part of a friendly team with the opportunity to really make a difference improving the factory; working together to run the line efficiently whilst maintaining high standards. You will administer the line set up and product changeovers, and perform all minor repairs on line equipment and process all packaging production. You will inspect all products, packs for quality and perform visual inspection on all raw materials and date codes along with maintaining and operating all highly automated manufacturing equipment issues to minimise all downtime.You will manage all communication with team members and maintain efficiency of all plant operations, participate in all shift meetings and obtain required information, monitor equipment operations and recommend improvements to same.To be successful in the role you need to have experience and understanding of machine operation and maintenance, a can-do attitude and the ability to effectively manage a small team and undertake quality control checks. Some heavy lifting may be involved. Appropriate PPE will be provided although you must have your own safety boots. The hours of work are on a shift basis, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm, and Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm. If you are interested in this position, please don't hesitate to apply.
