Apply now This award winning independent Residential Lettings Agent are looking for experienced candidates for the following roles: Lettings Negotiators / Consultants - Chelmsford & Upminster Part-time Lettings Consultant - Billericay. Inventory Clerks - Billericay, Brentwood, Braintree, Chelmsford & Upminster (Full or part time) Property Managers - Chelmsford Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, professional and outgoing individuals for these busy lettings branches. Ideally candidates should have at least 6 months experience lettings experience at the 'sharpend'. Main Duties Include: Maintain frequent and regular contact with our clients and customers.Arranging viewing appointments.Carrying out accompanied viewings so therefore car driver essential.Sharing other office tasks and supporting Branch Manager.Good IT skillsPro-active approachExcellent face to face communication skills The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation. Must be a car driver for all roles Working hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6.30pm Sat 9am-5.30pm with an allocated day off in the week Letting Neg / Consultants - Basic £14,000 - £16,000 pa commission and bonuses OTE £18,000 - £28,000 (depending on related experience) Part time Billericay - Full time salary £20,000 - £22,000 pro-rata dependent on number of days worked 3-4 full days Inventory Clerks - Basic salary full time £18,000 - £20,000 + bonus and co car or car allowance OTE £21,000 - £22,000pa Property Manager - Basic £18,000 - £19,000pa plus bonus OTE £20,000pa Rayner Personnel EAST provides a personal bespoke recruitment service to the Property Industry.
