The Role: An opportunity has arisen for a professional, experienced lettings manager to join this prestige agent who boast an excellent reputation. The purpose of the role is to run the lettings office with full accountability for results and people whilst advancing the service standards of the Company. Managing a team of two negotiators, a Property Manager and an Administrator, this role is for an all rounder with strong experience in a Lettings Management role ideally within a Central London agency. You'll need to come in and hit the ground running, meeting the needs of your team and hitting targets. The ideal candidate will be: ·Results/goals orientated·Financially driven with a motive to earn·Proactive·Excellent communication skills·Natural sales ability·Hard working·Self-motivated and organised Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experienceCentral London market experienceExperience managing a teamARLA would be preferred but is not essentialUnderstanding of Legalities and Compliance associated with LettingsImmediate starter required Package: Basic salary up to £28,000OTE Y1 £50,000- £60,000(No car expenses, Viewings can be accessed via public transport or Zip cars which are paid for) Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6.30pm, Every other Saturday 10am-3pm *Please do not apply for this role unless you have the required property experience.
