Duties will include: Managing the officesMotivating & mentoring the teamAttending valuations & winning new instructionsEnsuring Lettings Legislation is adhere to by all members of the teamAchieving company targets The successful candidate will require a natural born leader, with a minimum of 3 years Senior Lettings experience, a proven track record of achieving target, and a strong work ethic.
