Our client, an elite-tier US and international law firm, is looking for a legal assistant to support lawyers across the London practice areas. The role will involve providing direct administrative support to individual practitioners and assisting them with advisory legal work inclusive of conducting research and drafting materials. The successful applicant will be someone who is self-motivated, flexible and able to work both within a team and individually as required as well as confidently interacting with people at all levels. The successful candidate will also have excellent drafting, IT and research skills and be degree educated with the LPC in addition. Having a future training contract secured is also highly desirable for this position. This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term contract role and paying a salary of up to £27,000 per annum - dependent upon experience.
