Leaving Care Team in the South East - Happier Work

Permanent full-time

NonStop Recruitment

Job Overview
Apply now Nonstop Care is currently working with a local authority in the South East of England on a permanent role within their leaving care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an already well run service that in their most recent OFSTED received a "Good" rating. You will be helping those young adults that have benefitted from that service re-establish themselves independently into society. Assisting these individuals so that they succeed away from care is incredibly fulfilling as you get to see the fruits of all your colleagues and your own labour potentially over many years. The upsides do not end there. As you are at the more positive end of the social worker life cycle there is less court work, considerably less assessments and overall a less stressful environment. This will allow you to go home with a lot less baggage. For this opportunity you will need: * HCPC Registration* 3 years experience of working with children in care (LAC, CIC etc.)* Experience of conducting assessments* Knowledge of the issues facing care leavers My client is looking at viable candidates this week with a view to shortlist in mid March. If you are interested and would like a confidential discussion to outline your options or get yourself involved in the process, please call Lewis Ancrum on , or alternatively email on
