Apply now Our client, a professional landscape and ground maintenance company based near Towcester, are seeking a landscape team leader to join their expanding team. This role does have an imminent start, is full time (Mon-Fri7am-5pm) and would be a temp to perm position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career within the horticultural industry and looking to manage a team of landscape operatives. As a team leader, you will be a role model for your work team, ensuring both the quality of work and work rate targets and deadlines are met whilst being responsible for the day to day health and safety. Due to the nature of the business, you will require a CSCS card. (CITB cards are allowed for the first 12 weeks) You will also be required to travel to various sites to carry out your work as necessary on the business of the company, therefore, a full driving license is required.Please note this is a temp to perm position with an immediate start required.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a knowledge of landscaping to join a busy team that has a great reputation in the market.
