Lettings Negotiator duties: Meeting and greeting all Landlords and Tenants in a professional manner Dealing with enquiries over the phone and email Responding promptly to all enquiries Booking market appraisals and viewings Diary management Maintenance and booking of maintenance jobs Proving the ultimate customer care and representation of the company in a professional manner at all times This position would suit: Property Manager Lettings Negotiator Property Administrator Lettings Consultant Lettings Coordinator
