Delivering a brand new concept - Fully equipped kitchen units across 5 kitchens, provided by them for their most popular restaurant partners. After an incredibly successful trial they will be launching a delivery only restaurant kitchen in the Hove area, and need a team of fantastic Kitchen Assistants to join the team.As a Kitchen Assistant you will help to keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure that it is clean, safe and hygienic. Your duties will include washing pots, pans, plates and cutlery as well as washing the kitchen appliances and work surfaces. The kitchen porters are also involved in unloading deliveries, handling chemicals, changing oils and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly stored.The pay for this position is £9 per hour and the successful candidate will be on a 30 hour per week contract, with up to 45 hours per week during peak times.It is essential that you have a MINIMUM of 1 year experience working in fast paced kitchens within a commercial environmentDue to the high number of applications for this role, only those candidates who closely meet the criteria will be contacted.
