The Role We are looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to lead the team at one of the Cardiff City Centres most popular and busiest restaurants. You will need flair with ingredients, an ability to stay calm when the pressure mounts and strong leadership skills, to motivate our team members. You will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail and experience working within a branded restaurant. You will fit into this talented team and help push the restaurant forward, whilst maintaining company standards. Helping create new recipes, maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, managing food purchasing and storage.Would also suit an experience Sous chef looking to further their career.
