Apply now Global Technology Company are recruiting skilled ATM Engineers for the South East London area Salary £26700 to £28200 + London Weighting + 11% Shift Allowance (Weekend) + generous Quarterly Bonus Scheme + vehicle etc.,. 45 hours per week based on door to door shifts (Monday to Friday 0800hrs - 1800hrs) Weekend Shift Patterns 2 X Saturday 0900hrs - 1700hrs. 1 Sunday 0900hrs - 1600hrs Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Reporting to the Regional Service Manager you will maintain your own patch of ATM's maximising their ability to dispense cash. Consider company image seriously, both with your personal appearance and manner towards customers and the appearance of the ATM's that you repair Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive your daily work calls, manage and plan your own day according to geography and transaction levels of each ATMEscalate ATM Technical problems to your Team Leader for guidance and helpUse resources available to you to aim to repair each fault first time, perform maintenance checks on each visit to prevent further faults from occurringConduct cleaning of ATM front fascia on each visit and check the branding and signage is correctPerform hardware and software upgrades as requestedUnderstand engineer security levels and adhere to themComply with company security policies and proceduresRespond to performance appraisals and concernsManage own parts usage, return and boot stock Minimal Knowledge Skills and Abilities required Sound Technical understanding of ATM functionsATM Engineering Break/fixA willingness to learn new skillsA positive can-do attitude with regards to getting over problems, be willing to work as a team and help other engineers in times of heavy workloadGood interpersonal skills with Customer Care TeamGood interpersonal skills with Customers - in generalValid UK Driving LicenseTen Year Security Screening
