Apply now We are a young, independent and fiercely ambitious PR Recruitment agency, recruiting for an equally enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a big role in growing our business. Founded just under 3 years' ago, we work with a range of clients in the PR industry, predominantly agencies, spanning pretty much any sector you can think of…from B2B Technology and Professional Services, through to Music, Luxury Lifestyle and Food & Drink. We are experts in recruitment within the PR industry, keeping abreast of the latest news & moves and have a combined experience of over 10 years. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a bright, switched on and hard working Junior Recruitment Consultant to come on board. This is an entry-level position, so no previous recruitment experience is required, however, the key skills we are looking for are - Impeccable spoken & written communication skillsA passion for working with people and adept at building long lasting relationshipsAbility to multitask and manage a busy and ever-changing workloadConfident working in a fast-paced environmentDrive, determination and a bit of grit! Now, we know everybody says this, but we're really not like every other recruitment agency! You will never be encouraged to take the fastest finger first approach, hound agencies who have asked you not to contact them, or sit and make hundreds of sales calls each day. We massively value our clients and our candidates, and provide a very high level of service for both of them. Based in lovely offices smack bang in the centre of Soho, we also share the space with a wonderful Cockapoo (who's slightly bonkers, but amazing for morale), so if you love pups, you'll be making a new friend here too! We work incredibly closely as a team, and encouragement and support are available to all, as well as a healthy level of competition, which is richly rewarded with a generous commission structure.
