Apply on employer's website This role sits in London on our EMEA recruitment team, which comprises another recruiter based in London, one in Frankfurt and two more in Sheffield. You will be joining an international team based across Europe, we come from a mixture of backgrounds ( both agency and in-house) and we are responsible for all recruitment requirements (temporary/contract/permanent) arising at all levels across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We deliver a fast, efficient and strategic service to our internal stakeholders, ensuring we identify, hire and bring on board the best available talent. THE ROLE This is a perfect opportunity for someone with some prior recruitment experience to start to develop into a fully-fledged recruiter. Ideally you will have worked agency side or in another in-house position and will be comfortable being given roles and recruiting them from approval stage up to day one. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different roles across our international offices. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures a constant flow of qualified candidates, building a solid talent pipelineAdvertises roles through our various advertising channelsReviews CVs, conducts tailored searchesOnce briefed on a role, seeks the necessary approvals and develops a strategy for hiring, including deciding on appropriate channels of advertising/searchingCarries out candidate telephone screeningsSchedules telephone and in-person interviewsAdministers technical and psychometric testsManages job postings on WorkDay and other websitesManages candidates throughout process, including providing feedback to those not successfulMakes offers and liaises with HR team over onboarding/induction processUpdates recruitment trackers regularlyOther ad hoc project work as requiredWorks closely with our International HR team, communicating and updating consistently QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree preferredA passion for recruiting, delivering an excellent service to the businessA minimum of 1 year recruiting experience, in either a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment function is requiredExperience recruiting within professional services would be advantageousCommitted to a career in recruitment, ambitious and drivenExcellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailConscientious and hard workingSelf-starter who is able to use own initiativeClient-focusedComfortable with challenging and with the ability to push back where neededResilientTeam-oriented approach as well as the ability to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast paced and professional environmentStrong time management skills
