Apply now Junior Project Manager - Near Maidenhead - £25k - £33k DOE We are recruiting for our growing and successful client, who are a leading business within the data collection sector, for a Project Manager to become a part of their ever growing team based near Maidenhead. This is an exciting role for a Project Manager with 1-3 years experience of managing projects. An experienced Project Coordinator looking to make the next step will be considered. A background in Transport Planning, Environmental, Data, Auto, Aviation, Construction or similar would be highly desirable. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects in an effective, efficient, punctual manner in line with the highest quality standards. The role will include the analysis and processing of data produced by survey software, and delivery of survey reports to a variety of clients. The role will include the following responsibilities:• Achieving target dates agreed with the clients • Ensuring that each project is appropriately managed and monitored • Managing the quality of completed work to the highest standards • Supporting the analyst teams with production tasks • Managing resources on projects and identifying project/process improvement opportunities • Effective communication with clients, verbal, written & face to face, to ensure client retention • Monitoring and mentoring of junior staff • Operating within project budgets Qualities, skills and experience required:• Managing personal workload and deadlines • Client facing experience, client management and strong communication • Excellent process/project/people management skills • Proven track record within a project management environment • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure • Technically able with an interest in learning new software and technologies • Self motivated & flexible, able to work in a variety of roles in a rapidly changing environment. • Ability to identify and implement process improvements • A high level of numeracy / IT skills and statistical analysis • Be organised, conscientious and motivated • Show a willingness to learn new skills and be part of a growth business Desirable qualities• Transport Planning background & knowledge of ISO9001• Statistics / Math academic history or similar• Clean drivers licence Package:The role comes with a competitive salary, 20 days annual leave and an additional period of leave over the Christmas period (usually 4 days), company pension scheme. This role is commutable from Maidenhead, Slough, Marlow, Twyford, Cookham, Burnham, Bourne End, Wokingham, Reading. Immediate interviews available for the right candidates
