Junior IT Project Manager

Contract full-time

Independent Clinical Services

Job Overview
Apply now Independent Clinical Services Group is Europe's largest Healthcare staffing provider. Our aim, which underpins everything we do, is to be the first choice for health, life sciences and social care professionals and providers. We are a multi brand organisation, providing services around four areas: staffing, community and complex care, managed services and managed health services, chosen for their growth potential. Due to continued success within the organisation we are seeking a Junior Project Manager to be based within the IT Department, to manage, plan, document and track the progress of assigned smaller projects, from conception to completion. Additionally, this role will also require the individual to help manage the Project office and ensure all in-flight projects adhere to the ICS group project process. This will require the preparation of multiple management reports across the group and strong business engagement to prepare new project initiatives into the book of work. Working closely with the multiple business divisions, internal IT specialists and external partners you will deliver a range of exciting projects, playing a key role in the development and Implementation projects (for example CRM, BI, Digital and Mobile Apps) and manage the transition from projects (new developments) to the support phase (train, run and maintain). Good communication skills are essential. The successful applicant will be working with our internal users, candidates, clients and suppliers to continue to develop delivery in new and existing applications. You should have strong PMO experience with previous responsibility for program office reporting, and a minimum 1 year of experience working as a Junior Project Manager, ideally working in a sales led, high growth business. Your written and verbal communication skills should be excellent, and you must be well organised and familiar with the full project lifecycle including requirement gathering. Product and Supplier management will play a large part in this position so experience in this is needed, and you must have had some exposure to working within project management methodologies such as Agile or Prince2. Experience in the Recruitment/Staffing sector is desirable but not essential, and it would be an advantage to be a graduate in the Information Technology or Business fields. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that is genuinely a market leader, and to enhance your career in an environment which will actively encourage the development of your skills for the entire duration of your contract.
