A role which will provide the successful candidate with a real opportunity to make a name for themselves, it is a visible role that has a proven history of progressing it's incumbent into prominent commercial areas of the business. A real flair for superb customer service and account management are the key attributes we'll be seeking in a role where the drivers revolve around maintaining an existing client base to grow revenue. There will be some proactive, outbound calling involved in the role, but only within the existing client base whereby the client's brand is well established and needs no sales introduction. Key duties will involve: Drive all account management and relationships to generate new business/revenueMeet clients face to face (once full training has been finished) to maintain contact/relationshipsActively seek out and chase new business opportunitiesProcess orders from existing clients, alongside identifying business opportunities from new incoming queries.Provide customers with quotations for both new and ongoing business requirementsMaintain all client related records and databases in a timely and accurate fashion Applicants must be hard-working, reliable and relationship driven to be considered as while this is by no means a 'hardsales' role, it requires a conscientious nature to provide the attentive customer service that the customers expect. Attitude and aptitude are absolutely key as the training plan will be extensive and candidates with minimal Account Management experience can be considered - there has to be some previous experience within a similar, customer related role but it need not be extensive if the applicant's mentality is in the right place.
