IFP is a dynamic, entrepreneurial company positioned for significant growth over the next 2-3 years. Reporting to the European Trade Director, and working as a member of the Management Team, the Sales Administration Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the Company's order management cycle, including order processing, credit control, bookings, documentation, customs procedures, claims, weekly and monthly reporting, and the recruitment and training of administrative staff. You will supervise a team of 7 professionals to provide business-focused order processing, export documentation, invoicing and general office services during this period of rapid growth. You will amalgamate and rationalise the company's trading processes, improve efficiencies in the Order Management Cycle, replace legacy systems with new cieTrade based reports, and provide a high level of support to suppliers, agents and customers. You will be a results focused Sales Administration professional who initiates action, gives direction, takes responsibility and gets to the heart of complex problems and issues. IT proficiency, the ability to learn new technology quickly and communicate and build networks effectively is essential for success in this role. As well as technical competency we are also seeking a friendly, open professional who behaves consistently with clear personal values that complement those of the organisation. Knowledge of export documentation, shipping, forwarding and basic accounting procedures is essential.
