Apply now Job Title: Italian Speaking HR ManagerSalary: £45-50,000 p.a.Location: LondonType: PermanentJob Ref: HD15047 Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently looking for a dedicated, Italian speaking HR Manager for its client - a Global company with offices in Central London and Europe. This exciting role will involve supporting the European Head of HR in managing the company's UK and European units. Candidates should be self-motivated, well-organised team players with a HR generalist background. Working with other managers within the organisation, you will be using your English and Italian language skills and engaging your passion for management coaching to support all staff. You will work with the team on HR projects to improve employee satisfaction, performance and overall development. Responsibilities of the Italian speaking HR Manager Ensuring that company HR systems are up to date and compliant with Data Protection requirementsEfficiently and accurately conducting on-boarding and off-boarding activityConducting grievance processes and coaching managers on the sameManaging the company's appraisal cycle and employee satisfaction survey and reward schemesGenerally working with the Head Office and other managers to improve employee performance, learning, welfare, development and retention Requirements of the Italian speaking HR Manager Fluent written and spoken Italian and English (other languages very useful)Solid experience in HR in a Generalist roleWork experience gained in the UK and ItalyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to occasionally travel to Western Europe CIPD qualificationKnowledge of Italian and UK employment law is preferred Thank you for applying to Language Recruitment Services, the Language Recruitment Specialist with over 30 Years' Experience in multilingual recruitment Applications can only be accepted from individuals who are eligible to work in the UK.
