Apply now Due to continued growth this leading manufacturing and distribution company is looking to recruit Internal Sales Executives to join their team.Experienced in Up-selling and Cross Selling? Coming from a sales environment with outstanding customer service skills, you will be looking to join a centre of excellence where you will be responsible for a client base. You will provide the highest standard of customer service whilst being able to recognise new opportunities for increasing the client spend. Joining this growing business you will be reporting Sales & Service Manager being responsible for the profitable sales growth in a defined geographical territory, to proactively win new business and protect existing business and profit margins. With business to business sales and account management experience, you should also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Key requirements: * Be able to establish customer needs * Effective in both inbound & outbound calls * Assess Sales potential to determine strategy to grow business * Establish priorities and allocate resource based on customer potential * Be able to open doors to open new opportunities * Ability to cross sell and up-sell at every opportunity * Use appropriate questioning and listening to understand customers' needs * Understanding customers objectives and KPI's * Ability to uncover new opportunities * Track, progress and close opportunities to win profitable new business * Present to customers at all levels Adecco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
