The internal Sales Engineer will be reporting to the sales manager, compiling quotations and providing technical support on a range of technical engineering products, including: pumps, filters, valves, consumables, etc.The Sales Engineer / Sales Executive will ideally have an engineering qualification, although not essential. Internal Sales Executives with experience selling a mechanical engineering product will also be of interest. Package£24K - £28K23 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionBonusThe RoleRespond to customer enquiries by phone & email Provide sales support to customers including technical help, product specification, quotes and order progressCompiling quotations, working from product specifications and drawingsProvide support to external sales in terms of quoting, literature support, order-progress, pricing etc.Provide technical support for the external sales force and customersLiaise with various engineering departmentsSelling a range of engineering consumables including: pumps, filters, valves, consumables, etc.Monday-Thursday 08.30am-5pm, Friday 08.30am-2.30pmRequirementsCandidate MUST have past experience compiling quotations or similar sales, customer service experience Previous experience selling mechanical engineering products, pumps, filtration equipment, valves, bearings, MRO products, etc.Previous experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Account Manager, Commercial Engineer, Sales Executive or similar would be beneficial Commutable to Irlam If your experience matches please forward your CV immediately.
