Working for an Automotive supplier, as a Manufacturing Engineer you will look at the process and implement corrective actions and solutions to improve. Client Details My client are an automotive manufacturing business based in Swansea. Description Leading process improvement and problem solving.Creating SOP's.Supporting the NPI Process.Recommending new and improvement manufacturing techniques.Identify waste and reduce. Profile You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record within Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a similar process improvement role ideally gained in an automotive environment.You will have a strong background in implementing lean improvements (TPM, Process Mapping, SOP's, Visual Management, Process instructions) and be a strong problem solver with excellent knowledge of 8D and root cause analysis.Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence at all levels. Job Offer Excellent hourly or day rate.
